Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the site, the web server processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser and device information. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably.
When you send us an enquiry
We store your selected products, variants and quantities together with your message and contact details on our web server so that we can process and respond to your enquiry. Only authorised users of the protected Control Center can access them. After successful submission, you receive an email confirmation and our team is notified internally. This information is not sent as analytics events.
Please quote your enquiry number when asking about storage or requesting deletion. More about storing your enquiry.
What your browser stores
- Your product selection is kept for the duration of the browser tab session.
- Your contact details and message can be restored as a draft in the same tab for up to two hours. We delete this local draft after successful submission.
- An essential security cookie protects enquiries against misuse and expires within one hour.
- We store your choice for optional analytics in this browser for up to six months.
Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as it is needed to process your enquiry and for the relevant purposes, or for as long as statutory retention duties apply. Local drafts and the consent decision have the shorter periods described above.
Optional analytics
With your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4. The service is loaded only after you agree.
Google Analytics 4 helps us evaluate page views and the technical use of the enquiry process. Advertising and personalisation signals are disabled. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings; your enquiry works independently of analytics.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Our measurement ID is G-KEY8W63VCL. Google may also process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Further information is available in Google’s privacy information.
Local fonts and external links
The web fonts used on this website are served locally. No connection to Google Fonts is made when fonts are loaded. Links to YouTube and our social-media profiles are ordinary external links; a connection to those providers is made only when you open the relevant link.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
Technical operation
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. Technically necessary connection data is processed when pages are accessed and forms are secured. We also use time-limited identifiers that are not stored in plain text to protect against automated enquiries.
For questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion, contact us at info@clever-tile.com. Further company details are available in our Legal notice (German).

Legal bases
Hosting, connection logs and protection against misuse rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are secure and reliable operation and prevention of automated or abusive requests. Requests concerning a contract with you or pre-contractual steps you request are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries and communication with company contacts rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the purpose of responding and conducting business communication. Statutory retention obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Optional analytics and associated access to your device require consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Storage strictly necessary for a service you expressly request relies on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Subsequent processing of personal data additionally relies on the applicable GDPR bases described above.
Recipients and email
Hosting and email providers, particularly ALL-INKL.COM, support the website, enquiry storage and delivery of confirmation and internal notification emails. Within our company, access is limited to people authorised to process enquiries or operate the service. With analytics consent, Google also receives the usage data described here. Disclosures required by law, for example to public authorities, remain possible.
Google Analytics data and retention
With consent, online identifiers, device and browser details, page views and technical enquiry-flow events may be processed. We do not transmit names, email addresses, message contents or the specific product selection as analytics event data. Page addresses supplied by our integration exclude query parameters; the referrer is sent empty.
Our integration sets analytics cookies with a lifetime of 180 days, which can be renewed on further use. Cookie lifetime differs from retention at Google. User and event data follow the retention period configured in the Analytics property. If resetting is enabled, new activity can restart the period for a user identifier. Standard aggregated reports are not covered by that setting. See Google's retention guidance.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google Analytics may involve transfers to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers to certified recipients within its scope rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR. Where no adequacy decision applies, Google describes standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR as its transfer mechanism. Details of safeguards and how to obtain a copy are available in Google's transfer framework information.
Your information and choices
Using the enquiry form is voluntary. Fields marked mandatory are needed to process and answer your enquiry; without them, the form cannot be used to process it. Optional fields may be left blank. Analytics consent is not required for an enquiry or contract. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute analytics consent.
Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Your enquiry number helps us locate a request but is not a prerequisite for exercising your rights. This website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Supervisory authority
You may complain in particular to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg. Current contacts and complaint procedures are on the authority's website. Your right to complain to another competent authority remains unaffected.
